Mindfulness is the capacity to be clearly aware of what is happening. It is a broad skillset at the root of leadership, personal and professional competence.
Attendees will leave with immediately applicable skills in self-regulation, communication and stress resilience.
Our trainings are practical, fun and devoid of jargon and fluff. Core practices are offered with strong scientific and theoretical context, and include recordings for later practice and use.
Group size is flexible; from one-on-one coaching to large groups.
Time frame from half-day to multiple day retreats with optional follow-up coaching.
