Mindfulness and Stress Resilience

Attendees build practical and powerful skills in self-awareness, self-regulation and stress resilience.

Delivered via ZOOM, the sessions are engaging, enjoyable and offered without jargon and fluff. Core evidence-based practices are offered with theoretical context and sessions are facilitated with space for discussion and individual and group reflection. There is an option to include recordings for later practice and use.

Group size is flexible; from one-on-one coaching to large groups.

These sessions work best as a regular fixture in organisations, although one-off retreats and intensives are also possible.
